Belmadi sends a message of thanks to Cristiano.
Algerian coach Djamel Belmadi has praised the position of Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo, who voted for him in the 2019 FIFA World Player of the Year award.
He also revealed that coach Didier Deschamps sent him a congratulatory message that he admired very much.

Belmadi, who finished fourth in the FIFA World Player of the Year award, said he did not care much about the individual awards, expressing his resentment that many Arabs abstained from voting for him.
Belmadi described Pep Guardiola as Manchester City manager as one of the coaches who changed football in the world, like Italian Arrigo Sacchi, and coaches from South America.
He pointed out that other coaches are trying to imitate Guardiola without admitting it.
